The Work

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Quarterly and annual revenue targets are achieved
  • Manage inbound/outbound customer calls and Live Chat
  • Effectively utilize Salesforce to track daily activity, create quotations and manage pipeline
  • Development and implement a strategic sales plan to ensure a focus on territory growth
  • Increase average order size and frequency by cross selling, up selling and white spacing existing customers
  • Fully utilize available resources to maximize award potential and overall success rate
  • Successfully build relationships with key decision makers by promoting McCue’s core values, products, service levels and value proposition

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent
  • 2 plus years of sales experience focused on proactive selling and carrying a quota
  • An entrepreneurial spirit, passionate about what you do, enthusiastic, competitive, disciplined, self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Willingness to learn, adapt to change and bring innovative ideas forward
  • Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
