Customer Care Bi-Lingual Representative

About the Position

The Customer Care Department is responsible for coordinating all activities involved in servicing our customers and is the main point of contact for all these activities for both the customer as well as other departments within McCue.

  2. Team approach exists with Sales and Inside Sales for every customer to meet or exceed territory numbers and customer’s expectations

  4. Creates a strong rapport with customers and builds customer loyalty
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY & KEY ACTIVITIES:

Customer Focus

  • Respond to all customer and sales inquiries and provides sales quotes within 24 hours
  • Manage customer expectations and always communicate what we can do
  • Work as a central point of contact
  • Responsible for specific territories and/or accounts
  • Participate in team meetings
  • Resolve all questions and issues for the customers and sales
  • Manage customer calls, voice mails and e-mails with a keen sense of urgency
  • Partner with Sales teams to ensure customer’s expectations are being consistently met
  • Manage Receptionist Desk as needed

Order Management

  • Provide accurate and timely information when tracking orders
  • Review all orders for accuracy, correct, and report back findings to peers
  • Coordinate efforts between departments to make sure all orders are shipped when customers expect them
  • Manage order date changes and communicate them to the customer effectively and efficiently
  • Maintain ideal order accuracy
  • Handle all freight quoting as needed

 

Problems and Complaints

  • Initiate electronic case form within 24 hours of complaint to record any errors or issues that affect the customer
  • Develop resolution plan for all customer issues within 24 hours

Manage all returns to ensure they are kept current
